CONCERTS
Tris has had the honor of performing at such noted L.A. clubs as The Whiskey A-Go-Go, The Troubadour, The Key Club, The Viper Room,The Cat Club, The Coconut Teaser, The Rainbow, and The House of Blues, all on the Sunset Strip. She has also been seen in Las Vegas, writing and playing for originals at the Composer's Showcase at The Smith Center, and performing with Bill Fayne for his "Sondheim Celebration", and "Swing, Jazz, and the Blues" shows.
Her band The UnderCoverGirls has played everything from "Ballroom Blitz" -The Sweet, to"Live and Let Die" - Paul McCartney and Wings to "Smells Like Teen Spirit" - Nirvana. The UCG has performed all over California, rocking concerts in the park, corporate events and private parties for such companies as Harley Davidson, Nestle, Target, Behr Paints, Wells Fargo, and Coto de Caza Resort, opening for The Go-Gos.
Among other noted bands Tris has been a part of are "Strawberry Hill", an original hard-rock band, releasing two CDs and performing up and down the Sunset Strip, the "Blonde Brownie Blues Band" out of Orlando, FL, playing Old School and Chicago Blues, and back home in Indiana, her band "Thunder Road" banged out classic rock and country covers as well as many originals for clubs in the Lakes Area.
TELEVISION
Tris Beezley was a cast member on Season 2 of VH1's "Rock 'N Roll Fantasy Camp," Performing with Paul Stanley, Sammy Hagar, Phil Collen of Def Leppard and Marky Ramone. She studied with Mark Hudson, Grammy Award-winning songwriter for Aerosmith, and Matt Sorem, drummer for Guns 'N Roses. She was honored to be able to record with producer Eddie Kramer at East-West Studios, and perform with Hagar at The House of Blues in L.A.
THEATRE
"The Elvis Experience" starring Martin Fontaine, was a favorite at the Westgate Hotel in Las Vegas. She was the timpanist and percussionist for this reenactment of Elvis Presley's show which he performed in this very theatre from 1969 through 1974. Priscilla and Lisa Marie were frequently audience members at this beloved show!
"1940's Radio Hour"
The Actor's Co-op's 20th anniversary musical was one of Tris's favorite performances. Back to her roots In this crazy hilarious, heartwarming show, she played the part of the gum-chewing drummer in Zootie's swing band.
"The Mystery of Edwin Drood"
Again, romping it up with the amazingly talented company, the Actor's Co-op in Hollywood, CA, Tris played every crazy instrument imaginable in this hilarious tribute to Charles Dickens' famously unfinished mystery. In this musical, the audience determines who killed Edwin Drood!
Tris is currently writing an original musical called, "Midnight & Moonshine" about Prohibition and the gangster era.
